The Live Well By Kimmy Fall Fitness Challenge Is Here!

My fall fitness challenge is here! I created this fitness challenge because during the holidays it can be hard to stay on track with your goals. This time of year I like to create a doable daily challenge for myself to help keep the momentum going so I don’t lose sight of my personal goals. This year I am choosing to do a workout challenge and I want you to join me.

Fitness is so important for your overall health. It promotes a better mood, better energy, better sleep, better cognitive function and more. Doing a fitness challenge like this is a great way to help you stay focused on your habits and goals or help you begin a new workout habit. It can also help push you a little more in your routine!

Starting November 1st, you will be following the calendar provided below. It’s 1 move a day, 30 reps for 30 days! That’s it!!

I recommend adding it onto your usual workout routine or pair with a 20 minute walk or jog to really optimize your workout.

Tips to success:

Some moves require weights however you can do all of these moves without weights.

You’ll notice some moves will require you to work 1 side of the body at a time. I recommend completing 30 reps on each side for an extra push but do whatever you feel called to do that day.

If a move doesn’t feel good for you, do 30 reps of one of your favorite workout moves or just hit a plank hold!

I recommend an active rest day at least once a week so you may skip a few days of the challenge and thats okay! You can move your rest day move to the following day or skip it entirely! On your active rest day try and aim for a light walk or yoga!

Do it with a friend! Accountability can be an amazing tool for you when it comes to hitting fitness goals. Get a girlfriend to join you for the 30 day challenge and check in daily with each other.

Be sure to stretch and have a protein rich meal post workout!

Unsure about a move? Check out my Instagram stories daily throughout the challenge for the proper form!

I can’t wait to workout together!
