Green Chocolate Chip Smoothie

I love adding in greens wherever I can and especially to smoothies. They offer amazing health benefits all while remaining virtually tasteless in your smoothie.

This smoothie is packed with spinach, cacao nibs to support healthy blood flow and blood pressure, chia seeds and flaxseed to support digestion and cinnamon to support a healthy metabolism.

For this smoothie I used this protein powder here. It makes your smoothies creamy and delicious!

Makes 1 serving

8-10 oz almond milk

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 cup frozen or fresh spinach

1 tbsp flaxseed

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 banana fresh or frozen

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup cacao nibs (wait to add to blender for the last 15 seconds for a chunkier texture)

Optional but I highly recommend a good dash of cinnamon

Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and enjoy.
