Blue Mango + Coconut Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothies. It’s packed with everything you need for a balanced breakfast. I love adding in mangoes to smoothies because they add the perfect amount of sweetness and they help to promote a healthy digestion, promote healthier hair and skin as well as promote a healthy blood pressure.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

8-10 oz plant basked milk

1/4 tsp blue spirulina

Optional 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hempseed

1/2 cup frozen coconut purée or unsweetened coconut shreds

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 - 1 frozen banana

Directions: Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
