4 Ingredient Banana Oat Cookies

These cookies are one of my favorite healthy snacks to have on hand. It’s one of our go to’s because my toddler adores them and they are so easy to meal prep!

I love meal prep because it saves time, helps you stick to your healthy habits and helps you save money. These cookies are so cheap to make, as they require very little ingredients, versus buying healthy packaged snacks (especially kids snacks) which can be pricey. I love making a few batches of these and storing some in the freezer.

What I love most about these cookies is that they only contain 4 ingredients and none of them are sugar. This is something I feel good about eating myself to feel my best and it is something I can feel good about giving to my family.

What you need (makes 12 cookies)

1 large mashed banana

1 1/4 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp along butter (unsweetened and unsalted)

A few dashes of cinnamon

Directions: preheat your oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir till well combined. Then begin to scoop out 2 tbsp of batter per cookie and add to the baking sheet. Lightly press down on each cookie to flatten. You may dip your fingers in water to prevent sticking. Place in the oven for 12 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool and enjoy!
