Mango Orange Radiance Smoothie

This radiance smoothie is perfect for you if you:

-are looking for a healthy but delicious breakfast idea

-are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth minus the added sugars

-want to achieve beautiful natural glowing skin

Or all of the above.

As a health and wellness coach, I am a big fan of smoothies especially for breakfast. They are quick and easy to make and they can be a great source of nutrition.

This smoothie is packed with so many essential vitamins and nutrients to help you feel your best. I love loading smoothies with lots of Vitamin C as it supports hydration, boosts immune function and supports brighter and glowing skin.

What you need (serves 1):

8-10 oz coconut water

1 small orange peeled

1/2 cup frozen mango

1 frozen banana

Ice to thicken

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use this one here)

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Optional 1/4 cup coconut yogurt unsweetened

Directions: add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth. Pour and enjoy.
